- Prepare cost estimates and identify the key cost drivers affecting the project sensitivity
- Analyse full life cycle economics
Evaluation of design options in appropriate stages, including:-
- Feasibility studies
- Conceptual design studies

- Availability, reliability and risk analysis to provide:
- Cost estimates for each stage of project approval
